Getting Help With Support System #

Lebnoy includes a built-in Support System to manage issues.

How To Use: #

  • Create Ticket: Go to Support → New Ticket. Enter subject, details, and attachments.
  • Track Status: Tickets show as Open, On Hold, or Closed.
  • Reply To Tickets: Add comments or files directly under each ticket.

Pro Tip: Always check your ticket status before creating a new one to avoid duplicates.
